MBPR System Training for Chronic Pain Sufferers

The MBPR System Wellness Track presents the program learning materials and resources in a format directed to Chronic Pain suffers. Those with Chronic Pain with will be provided training in practical and easy to implement strategies and tools to transform their experience of Chronic Pain. The Wellness Track will also assist individuals in examining and bringing about deep transformative change in areas of life influencing or affected by Chronic Pain. The competency acquired in mastering powerful stress reduction, relaxation, transformation and mind-body tools will be effective life-long skills to empowering wellness track graduates to be effective transformation agents in accomplishing the life goals and wellness they deserve.

What will be covered in the MBPR System – Achieve Freedom and Vitality Module?

Module 1: Acute vs. Chronic Pain

  • Acute vs. Chronic Pain: In this module you will learn the difference between acute pain and chronic pain; so you will understand why structure based physical and medical interventions are no longer resolving Chronic Pain after you have moved past the normal healing phase of an injury.
